About Resiliency Collective NZ

Resiliency Collective NZ was founded by Vanessa Rodrigues, a DAPAANZ-registered  practitioner with a focus on holistic wellbeing and  a vision to create a safe space for healing, honesty and hope. Vanessa brings 12+ years of experience in addiction recovery, mental health and wellbeing – working across residential treatment, prison-based programmes, and frontline staff support. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. At Resiliency Collective NZ, we offer more than just talk therapy. We co-create practical tools for long-term resilience, using proven strategies and a deep understanding of the challenges people face, both online and in person. It is a firm belief that the individual going through counselling and chosen whanau are on a journey to build resilience .
